Grab your hubby or special someone and come listen to Certified Sommelier, Scott Jackson, as he teaches us how to pair wine with different meals we enjoy. Weather permitting, we will dine down by lake under twinkle lights. This is a three hour class so be aware of that before you sign up. Cost of this class is $90 per couple and you will not leave this Gatherings hungry!

Scott's Bio:

Scott Jackson is guild-certified by the World Court of Master Sommeliers. Over the last twenty-five years he has been an award-winning restaurant manager and sommelier, casino wine buyer, a wine broker, and a wine educator and merchant. He has been a regular guest lecturer to USM’s Hospitality and Tourism Management department and has taught wine courses for the Viking Cooking School. Scott has consulted with restaurants and resorts throughout the southeast and Caribbean and has had the opportunity to work with celebrity chefs and winemakers from the all over the world on numerous occasions. He has been recognized by Wine Spectator magazine seven times for his wine programs. Scott is the managing partner of Colony Wine Market in Madison.
