Photography of Events:
By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to allow photographs to be taken at the Gatherings event you attend which you may appear in. Gatherings reserves the right to use photographs for purposes including, but not limited to, promotional purposes, advertising, event posts, and freely on the Gatherings.Design website. If you would not like to be photographed, please contact Gatherings and we will arrange.
Terms and Conditions:
By using the Site, you are agreeing to these Terms. The term "Site" includes the Website and any other online properties owned or operated by us. We may revise the Terms at any time without actual notice. All revisions to the Terms will appear on the Site, and be effective mmediately. By using the Site after we post any changes, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. If at any time you choose not to accept these Terms, please do not use this Site. Gatherings, via the Site, provides users with the ability to purchase classes and to arrange and pay for a service that will provide you with an afternoon or evening of instruction (“Event” or “Events”). Gatherings is constantly making adjustments to the services it provides, and any description herein of our services should not be considered a representation or obligation with respect to how the service be supplied in the future.
Description of Event Services:
Availability. The availability of Gatherings Events at particular venues will change from time to time and could potentially change on the day of an Event. While Gatherings will endeavor to make the event host you have arranged available for an Event, the event host may change at Gatherings’ sole discretion without notice to you.
Materials Provided. Gatherings will provide all supplies for an Event. While Gatherings maintains quality control over the materials it uses, the quality of the materials may vary.
End Result. Gatherings makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your individual experience. Every class and experience will be unique.
Start Time. Gatherings will make every effort to begin the instruction at the designated start time and complete the instruction within two hours. However, the time it takes to begin and complete the instruction will vary based on a number of factors, and Gatherings makes no representation as to the exact amount of instruction time at an Event.
Capacity Limitations. You may not be able to attend an Event due to capacity limitations of the venue where the Event takes place. Gatherings recommends that you purchase your tickets in advance and arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the Event.
Cancellation of events. Gatherings reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason. Events may be cancelled due to unforeseen acts of extreme or hazardous weather conditions and rescheduled for a later date. You will be contacted regarding the cancellation of events and transferred into a new class or given credit to be used for an event at a later date.
Terms of Sale:
By placing an order on www.gatherings.design, you agree to pay the price applicable for the service and agree to the terms, restrictions, and conditions of the purchase as of the time you submitted the order. Unless you and Gatherings have agreed to an alternate billing arrangement, we will automatically bill the credit card submitted as part of the order process. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and an additional reminder email the week of your event. All classes are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may transfer your ticket into another event of equal or less value by contacting Gatherings within 72 hours before the event you were originally attending.
Billing of Event Services:
You acknowledge that the amount billed for each event may vary from event to event for reasons that may include differing amounts due to promotional offers, and you authorize Gatherings to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts. Ticket fees and charges are fully earned upon payment. PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR UNUSED OR PARTIALLY USED EVENTS. At any time, and for any reason, Gatherings may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of Gatherings customers. The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at Gatherings sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate Gatherings to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance. Gatherings may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but Gatherings will give you advance notice of these changes by email.
Intellectual Property:
The Website is owned and operated by Gatherings. “Site Content” means all features, materials, information, content, text, site design, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, and software appearing on or offered on our Site, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, and includes our current and future products and services, our Affiliate Program(s) and corporate accounts, the ability to order products and services and receive newsletters and promotional emails. Unless otherwise specified, all Site Content is the sole property of Gatherings. All Site Content is protected by U.S. and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Limitation of Liability:
Your sole remedy for any dispute with us it to discontinue your use of Gatherings. In no event shall our liability, or the liability of our officers, directors, agents, partners, and vendors, for any and all claims relating to the use of the Site and products and services, exceed the total amount of fees that you paid us during the previous one-year period of use for the specific service of the issue. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use, or inability to use, or reliance upon our site and services. These exclusions apply to any and all claims of lost profit or goodwill, even if we knew, or should have known, of the possibility of damages. Termination:
We may change or discontinue the Site or any of the products or services at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at our election and for any reason, without prior notice, and this Agreement will automatically terminate in the event that you violate any of the terms and conditions set forth below.
