Inevitably, this is the time of year that I always seem to stay hungry. I'm sure it has to do with the fact that I gorge myself on all the Thanksgiving goodness, and the old saying "the more you eat, the more you eat" becomes me. So what better time to schedule a Healthy Living class than right smack dab in the middle of the holiday season in hopes of being able to learn a little self-control. Dolly Cruse. How can I even begin to describe this precious soul? Any description I use just won't be sweet enough. Because my words can't drip honey. They can't granulate sugar. Nor can they capture the sincerity of spirit that this lady pours out upon others. Every time I think of Dolly Cruse, or even hear her name mentioned, I smile. I smile because I know that somewhere along the way she has spoken kindly of me. And of others. She carries an essence of love. Eve


ORGANICALLY GROWN IN ONE YEAR
I've never really been one to pay more for the organically grown produce at the supermarket because I am such a tightwad. Plus, I'm not very health conscience.
